2. Information We Collect Through Automated Means
Company and our service providers (third-party companies that work on our behalf) use a variety of technologies to assist in collecting information about your use of the Services and the devices you use to access the Services.
Visitor Data. When you use our Site, we collect information that helps us understand and analyze your experience interacting with our Services. For example, we may collect information related to domain names, the type of browser used to access the Services, operating system, device type, referring pages, the pages you viewed and the amount of time spent on particular pages, and similar usage information.
Location Information. When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect general location information (e.g., IP address, or the city/state or postal code associated with an IP address) from your computer or mobile device. This information allows us to deliver content customized to your general location.
Cookies. "Cookies" are a feature of your browser software. If enabled, we or our service providers may write cookies that store small amounts of data on your device about your visit to the Site. Cookies assist us in tracking which of our features you use and what content you may have viewed on past visits, and enable us to customize content according to your preferences. We may use cookies to keep track of return visits, accumulate aggregate statistical information on Site usage, deliver specific content to you based on your interests, and support marketing, sales, and analytics purposes, including work with third-party technology vendors who also use cookies to provide services to you. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, although the Site may not function properly if you do. Your browser preferences can be modified to accept or reject all cookies, or to request a notification when a cookie is set.
Web Beacons and Pixels. A web beacon (sometimes called a tracking pixel) is programming code that can be used to display an image on a web page, and can also be used to transfer a unique identifier to a database and associate you with previously acquired information. Company and our third-party service providers (including advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, as described below) use pixels and similar technologies on the Site and in email messages to track engagement and online behavior for marketing and measurement purposes.
Other Online Tools. Company may also use web server logs (files where website activity is stored) and software development kits (SDKs) that allow us or third parties to collect information about how people interact with our Services. As we continue to develop the Site and our Services, Company may implement additional methods of gathering information.
3. Information We Collect from Social Media and Other Platforms
Company maintains a presence on a variety of social media platforms. When you like, follow, or interact with us on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms, we may collect some information about you, such as your name, username, and any comments or content you post that is relevant to Company. We also collect your information if you sign up for a promotion or submit information to us through one of our social media accounts.
4. Information We Receive from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as advertising and analytics partners, data providers, scheduling and form tools, and payment processors, and may combine it with information we collect directly from you, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information
General Use. Company uses your information as necessary to carry out and manage its Services. This includes using your information to verify and administer your account, process payments, schedule and conduct calls or consultations, and fulfill our obligations to you. We use your information to communicate with you about Company's Services, your use of the Services, and your inquiries related to the Services, and as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure.
Improving Our Services. Company continuously seeks to improve its Services. To do so, we conduct research and analysis to understand the effectiveness of our Services and to better understand our audience. If we publish the results of such research, it will be presented in a de-identified and aggregated form such that individual users cannot be identified.
Promotional Communications. We may use your personal information to communicate with you by email, phone, or text message about surveys, promotions, special events, or our products and Services. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sending such communications. If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails, please use the unsubscribe link located in each email. If you no longer wish to receive text messages, reply STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.
Marketing and Performance Analysis. We use your information to help us better understand your interests and needs, to measure and understand the effectiveness of advertising and content we serve to you and others, and to deliver and customize relevant advertising and content to you.
Combined Information. For the purposes discussed in this Privacy Policy, we may combine the information that we collect through the Services with information that we receive from other sources, both online and offline, and use and share such combined information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Aggregate/De-Identified Data. We may aggregate and/or de-identify information collected through the Services so that such information can no longer be linked to you or your device. We may use aggregate/de-identified information for any purpose, including research and marketing.
Data Analytics and Advertising
1. Data Analytics
We may use third-party web analytics services (such as Google Analytics) on our Services to collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar tools; engage in auditing, research, or reporting; assist with fraud prevention; and provide certain features to you. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If you receive email from us, we may use certain analytics tools to capture data such as when you open our message or click on any links our email contains. This data allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our communications and marketing campaigns.
2. Online Advertising
The Services integrate third-party advertising technologies — for example, advertising and measurement tools provided by Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and similar platforms — that use cookies, pixels, and other technologies to deliver relevant content and advertising for our Services, both on the Site and on other websites you visit and applications you use. The ads you see may be based on various factors, such as the content of the page you are visiting, information you enter, and other information we collect from you. These ads may be based on your current activity or your activity over time and across other websites and online services.
We may provide certain customer information (such as email addresses) to advertising platforms in hashed or de-identified form, so they can help us reach relevant audiences and measure the performance of our advertising.
We neither have access to, nor does this Privacy Policy govern, the use of cookies or other tracking technologies that may be placed on your device by non-affiliated third-party advertising networks. If you are interested in how you can generally control cookies used for tailored advertising, you may visit the Network Advertising Initiative's Consumer Opt-Out, the Digital Advertising Alliance's Consumer Opt-Out, or Your Online Choices to opt out of receiving tailored advertising from participating companies. You can also adjust your advertising preferences directly within your Facebook, Instagram, and Google account settings. Please note that if you exercise these opt-out choices, you will still see advertising, but it will not be tailored to you based on your online behavior.
3. Email Marketing
By submitting your email address through the Site, you consent to receive emails from Company regarding our Services and related offers. To opt out of receiving marketing email messages from us, click the "Unsubscribe" link contained in each email. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your request. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing emails, you may still receive transactional email messages regarding the Services you have requested (e.g., confirmations and account notices).
4. Notice Concerning Do Not Track
Do Not Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our website for third-party purposes, which is why we provide the opt-out mechanisms listed above. However, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals.
How We Share Your Information
Company may share your information in the following ways:
Affiliates and Related Business Entities. We may share the information we collect with our affiliates or related business entities for the purposes of delivering Services to you, ensuring a consistent level of service, and enhancing our Services and your customer experience.
Service Providers and Third-Party Vendors. We provide access to or share your information with select third parties who use the information to perform services on our behalf, including billing, sales, marketing, advertising, analytics, research, customer service, scheduling, data storage, IT and security, fraud prevention, payment processing, and auditing and legal services.
Legal Compliance. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may access, retain, and disclose the information we collect and maintain about you if reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), to enforce our Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our users, or others.
Business Transfers. If Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of its business or assets, your information may be among the assets transferred.
Aggregate/De-Identified Information. We reserve the right to create aggregate/de-identified data from the information we collect and to share such data at our discretion.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain sharing of information with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws; you may opt out as described in the "Your Privacy Rights" section below.

The Site and email messages that you receive from Company may contain links to third-party websites. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites. Such links are provided for your convenience and reference only. Company does not operate or control the information, software, products, or services available on such third-party websites, and the inclusion of a link does not imply any endorsement of a third-party site, its contents, or its sponsoring organization.
Data Security
We implement reasonable and appropriate security procedures consistent with prevailing industry standards to protect data from unauthorized access, and from physical and electronic intrusion. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or method of data storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information by following generally accepted industry standards, we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to us.

We control and operate the Site from within the United States of America (the "U.S."). Information collected through the Site and Services may be stored and processed in the U.S. or any other country in which we or our vendors maintain facilities.
